-Hartford Stitch relocating to 13 Sedgwick is in the process of applying for permits for the relocation.
-Iron Horse is still working on permitting and buildout of the second floor space. No timeline at the moment for completion.
-Thousand Sunny Cards and Collectibles opened at 75 Park, and is currently working with the town retroactively on permitting/approvals.
-All Public Works related items from the Park Road walk-through have now been complete. This includes tree trimming and overgrown weed removal.
